    • Delivery: postal address, phone
    • Payment: processed by our secure payment provider (not stored by COMOGIA LTD)
    • Browsing: IP address, cookies, pages visited

    • Performance of contract: order processing, shipping, after-sales
    • Legal obligation: accounting and tax
    • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, store improvement
    • Consent: non-essential cookies and marketing

Switzerland: access, rectification, deletion, portability, complaint to the FDPIC.

    No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

    7. International transfers

    Your data may be processed outside your country of residence (notably via Shopify servers), governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions and equivalent mechanisms).

    8. Retention

    • Customer data: 3 years after the last order
    • Accounting records: 6 to 10 years per local legal obligations
    • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

    9. Exercising your rights

    Contact support@perforga.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
