Article 1 — Seller

Article 2 — Acceptance and capacity

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. The Customer confirms being at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. The Terms are accessible before checkout is completed.

Article 3 — Prices and currencies

All prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate, so the amount debited in your currency may vary slightly. Any local taxes are indicated at checkout.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart and proceeds to secure payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically. COMOGIA LTD may cancel any clearly fraudulent or unfulfillable order, with a full refund.

Article 5 — Payment and statement descriptor

Payment is made online via the secure methods offered (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal). All transactions are encrypted (TLS/SSL). COMOGIA LTD stores no card data. On your statement, the charge appears as 'PERFORGA'.

Article 6 — International shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment and dispatched with tracking from London, United Kingdom. The processing location is separate from COMOGIA LTD's registered office. Estimated transit: UK 3–5 business days; Europe 3–6; Switzerland 2–4; US 5–8; Australia/New Zealand 7–12. Only destinations enabled at checkout are served. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT or other local charges may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Return instructions are provided in your return authorisation email — do not send returns without prior authorisation.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Eligible consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union generally have 14 days after receipt to notify us that they are cancelling an online order, subject to legal exceptions. After obtaining authorisation from support, the goods must be sent within 14 days after notification to the address provided in your return authorisation email. For a valid cancellation of a sale of goods, the refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Article 8 — Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose where applicable. Remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods are governed by the mandatory law applicable to the sale. PERFORGA does not currently provide a separate voluntary product-protection programme unless one is expressly identified before purchase with its provider, duration and conditions.

Article 9 — Liability

COMOGIA LTD's liability for an order is limited to its amount, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights. It is not liable for indirect damages.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed primarily by English law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Where applicable, an unresolved dispute may be referred to a competent court or an approved alternative-dispute-resolution body.

Article 11 — Export restrictions and sanctions

PERFORGA ships worldwide except to countries and territories subject to international sanctions or embargoes (UN, UK/OFSI, EU, US OFAC). The Customer confirms not being a sanctioned person or entity and not ordering from an embargoed territory. COMOGIA LTD may cancel and refund any non-compliant order.
